RN, BSN, NBC-HWC, RYT-200, Integrative Health Coach, Resiliency Enhancement/Burnout Management Coach
As a 19-year bedside nurse and a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach, Tracy’s mission is guiding fellow nurses to find relief from burnout by designing strategies that allow life to unfold without sacrificing health and vitality. She helps others recognize the signs of burnout, implement self-care techniques that cultivate resilience so that nurses can continue to give their gift to the world.
Tracy is a graduate of the Integrative Health and Lifestyle Program, and Integrative Health Coaching at the University of Arizona, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She has deepened her practice by completing a “Compassion Fatigue for Professionals” certification. She currently teaches a popular course at Stanford University, School of Medicine to help future health practitioners build skills for healthy stress management.
Tracy has suffered burnout several times in her nursing career, eight of those years in the emergency department. She also cares for a parent with Alzheimer’s. Through these experiences, she has discovered the freedom and vitality in resilience through compassionate self-care. She enjoys yoga, hiking, and nature. Tracy’s story is one of relief from burnout by discovering renewal in resilience and is excited to share this with others.
