Freedom From Burnout Is Closer Than You Think
Hear What These Health Care Practitioners Have to Say
Now I’m a happier, more productive professional…
“For most of my life, I struggled with anxiety and depression. When I am anxious, my mind races and cannot be shut off, I have catastrophic thoughts, and I feel incredibly helpless. From Tracy’s classes, I learned to stop and breathe in times of stress. I learned to fall asleep when anxious and I experience less stress during difficult times. I learned to prevent stress from ruining all of the good things I have going for me.”
— Sarah E. Barnes, PhD Candidate
I need to take care of myself first in order to take care of others…
“I used to allow myself to skip the things that I like to do that help me reduce stress in my life. Many nurses and doctors focus their lives around their jobs way too much and forget about themselves. They forget about the things that they want to accomplish. This experience has been so good for me!”
— T. L. G. RN, BS, PHN, Emergency Department Nurse

You May Have Some Questions
I’ve taken courses on burnout. How will this be different?
We’ve also taken burnout courses! That’s when we realized what we’ve been taught about burnout is underwhelming. While we were able to understand burnout, we still did not have an effective routine. Most courses focus on lecture-only material in a short format. That’s what makes this course different. We’ve spaced the course out over a longer time frame and included plenty of experiential time for you to implement techniques.
My Schedule Is Very Tight, What if I Don’t Have Time for a Weekly Course?
We get it, nursing schedules are not traditional. We’re working our way through our work stretches, barely surviving just to collapse at home for the next one to two days. We designed this course to happen over 6 weeks. This allows you in real-time to implement and integrate the techniques into your real life. Each time we come back we’ll evaluate your celebrations and little hiccups along the way.
Why is your program priced higher than most CE courses?
There are some programs out there that have a very low price point. They don’t provide the deep support with like-minded nurses in a community setting that this course will give you. Cost matters, which is why it was important for us to go the extra step in becoming a CE provider. This way you can get reimbursement from your organization or credit for education in your professional expenses.
Why Are Your Courses Live, can’t I Just Watch the Recorded Sessions Instead?
Having these sessions weekly as a live group is so important to nurture your growth and support. We’ve created a small community to uplift and empower each other so that each participant’s physical presence and participation is so vital. Each participant will feel validated in being recognized and strengthened by making a difference in each other’s lives.
Recordings of the classes are available so if you miss one, you can make it up later. This takes some of the pressure off of your when schedules conflict.
If This Resonates With You, We’d Love To Have You Join Us!
A Unique Approach
Evidence Based Approach
We use evidence-based education because in our field it’s important to bring you findings backed by clinical research of experts in burnout. This helps lay the foundation of targeted outcomes not only for patients but for practitioner well-being. You will be surprised to discover how many other practitioners experience burnout and how it manifests.

Reimburse Your Education
Continuing Education Hours
We took the extra step to provide you with continuing education hours. This allows you to take advantage of your hospital reimbursement educational funds or apply them to your yearly educational expenses.
Make your own care plan
Infusing Integrative Health Coaching
In this unique hybrid course, you will use the nursing process to build success in your health and vitality journey. We will support you with our extensive training in Integrative Health Coaching from Dr. Andrew Weil’s, Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. You will not be able to find a course on burnout for nurses with this unique blend.

A Private Community & Lifetime Access
Continuing Support and Course Resources
Our course is live, and filled with breakout sessions for your experiential learning. You will have lifetime access to the recordings and course materials. You have access to a community of like-minded professionals in our closed Facebook group where we can continue to support and uplift one another. Once we are able to, we will have live retreat workshops at vacation destinations.
How We Transformed Burnout for Fellow Health Care Practitioners
I have a much more open heart and more patience…
“As a medical student, I already had some experience with provider burnout. In Tracy’s course I benefited immensely from a more structured approach toward wellness within a caring community of like-minded individuals. I have learned to channel and exemplify her compassionate and loving spirit.”
— Sheun Aluko, Medical Student – Stanford University School of Medicine
It’s invaluable to have a real person help me…
“Before, stress showed up in my mind-body by over-eating, not getting enough exercise and not getting enough sleep. Because I often get so tied-up in my own busy-ness I lose sight of my long-term goals… As a single, working professional, it felt good to have someone support me. I liked having one-on-one time. This experience has been so good for me!”
— Liliana G., RN, BSN, PHN, Stanford Health Care, formally Stanford Hospitals and Clinics
