STRESS RELIEF~ How to find calm from chaos in 3 minutes, off the unit, for nurses

How many times have you needed to run away to the clean or dirty utility room just to come back with the same stress?

How many times have you needed get away from your patient assignment or coworkers RIGHT NOW? I’ve got a quick method for you so you can return to your unit and tune into yourself in just 3 minutes. We will practice these stretches along with deep breathing, to calm our nervous system, release stress and feel refreshed. These practices can help with feelings of overwhelm, compassion fatigue and burnout.
